About the Job

The YouTube MediaCo Partnership team is on a mission to make YouTube the essential platform for media partners by driving meaningful business and distribution. We manage the sourcing, negotiation, and facilitation of distribution agreements for subscription services like YouTube TV and YouTube Primetime Channels, as well as ad-supported content across all YouTube formats.

As Lead, Partner and Deal Analysis for YouTube’s Global Media and Sports team, you will be part of our newly formed pod reporting to the Head of Partner and Deal Analysis within the Partner Engagement and Analysis team.

You will focus on analysis throughout the agreement lifecycle, including partner prioritization, development of core assumptions for each content opportunity, and securing cross-functional alignment, agreement modeling, and valuation in support of negotiation strategy. Example projects include agreements evaluation with major partners such as the NFL, NBA, Disney, NBCU, Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences, and more.

You will partner closely with Business Development, Finance, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to lead approval processes and drive custom modeling for both opportunistic agreements and novel business concepts, and scale those frameworks when future opportunities arise.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
