THE JOB:
To actively coordinate and ensure the efficiency of guest traffic flow and business volume on all applicable driveways, valet locations, and bell desks while ensuring the highest level of guest and employee satisfaction.

THE STARTING RATE:  $15.44 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Actively monitors, coordinates, and assists with the guest flow and service levels of all applicable driveways and valet locations.

• Assists valet and/or bell services attendants during peak business periods.

• Effectively communicates with managers and employees about concerns which need attention.

• Assists and coordinates all functions of front service positions on all applicable driveway and valet locations with a sense of urgency.

• Assists with prompt resolution of guest service concerns

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience (Front service experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
