Job Description

Detail-oriented in Material Management with experience supporting compliant, high-quality marketing and digital content across multiple channels. Demonstrates strong coordination and organizational skills to manage content reviews, regulatory approvals and publication processes while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams. Adept at maintaining workflows, tracking tools and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet evolving business needs.

  • Review materials for spelling, grammar and compliance with Ameriprise brand, style and disclosure guidelines.
  • Submit content for appropriate reviews and approvals in our regulatory system and actively follow up with business partners to ensure timely execution.
  • Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines as well as partnering and executing best practices and procedures.
  • Support alignment and communication on processes, timelines and deadlines related to content publication and cross-functional digital campaigns.
  • Support the publishing and quality review of content on public-facing websites to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate marketing update requests and submit tickets to agency partners for campaign updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain team content inventories, dashboards and tracking tools to support visibility into priorities and progress.
  • Assist with program coordination, including project tracking, cross-functional collaboration and other operational support as needed.
  • Collaborate with leader and team in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency, improve performance and meet the demand of constantly evolving business needs.

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
