Lead Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Senior Fullstack Engineers with expertise in ReactJs and Java. You will play a key role in designing and delivering microservices for banking frontend applications. As part of our delivery team, you will provide technical leadership throughout the software delivery lifecycle, contributing to our technology transformation..

Job Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support for application code and services that your Agile Team builds.
• Design, build and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required.
• Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build scalable microservices-based products.
• Understand the requirements of the Product Owner and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this.
• Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes and tooling.
• Provide robust coding practices, solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Java/Full Stack Engineer (Java + ReactJS), Senior Engineer, or Technical Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, ReactJS.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and BFF services.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed/microservices environments.
• Experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AWS Lambda.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and developer tools.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON, web security, and accessibility.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong coding standards with focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong English communication skills in a global working environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;
• Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
