Job Description – Senior GPS Field Application Engineer (Taiwan) 

Position Summary: 

The Senior Gas Purification Systems (GPS) Field Application Engineer (Taiwan) is responsible for full-cycle technical support, application development, and customer engagement for Entegris Gas Purification Systems technologies. The role acts as the primary technical interface between customers, Sales, Product Management, and Business Units, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, product capabilities, and development roadmaps. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive technical roadmap discussions with key semiconductor end users in Taiwan, aligning Entegris GPS technologies with customer process requirements and long-term plans. 

• Support commercial projects and bids through purifier sizing, system design, and technical clarification with customers. 

• Generate, maintain, and be accountable for Customer Data Sheets defining complete technical configurations and specifications for GPS projects. 

• Partner with Sales and Product Management to coordinate product options, configurations, and pricing strategies. 

• Provide technical application support across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement to execution support. 

• Serve as the voice of the customer, capturing and communicating market trends, technology evolution, and competitive intelligence to internal teams. 

• Maintain deep understanding of gas purification technologies, applications, and competitive solutions. 

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of application-related issues where required. 

Deliverables: 

• Accurate and timely release of project Data Sheets and technical documentation. 

• Successful technical engagement with key customers and stakeholders. 

• Contribution to GPS product roadmap alignment based on customer needs. 

• Effective coordination across Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.

Location: 

Taiwan (customer-facing role with frequent site engagement).
