Project Process Description:
The main idea of the project is to provide interactive panoramas from street-level positions worldwide. It includes building, testing, deploying, and maintaining imagery hardware and sensors used on various platforms.
 
Role Overview:
The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing equipment movement (domestic and international) throughout its lifecycle while ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations. Responsibilities include liaising with 3PL partners (e.g., FedEx, Expeditors), supporting stock management, scheduled stock counts, and forecasting.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock, forecasting, and supply of imagery equipment
  • Coordinate global equipment delivery and return
  • Manage and track tickets for shipments
  • Provide support for equipment purchases and logistics coordination
  • Handle hardware depot inventories
  • Oversee full product lifecycle (shipment, updates, packaging, legal clearance)
  • Ensure compliance with export/import regulations in coordination with trade compliance and 3PLs
  • Conduct or supervise warehouse inventory counts
  • Optimize inventory movement and procedures
  • Manage shipment requests and provide status updates
  • Support conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, and time management
  • Ensure team members have needed resources
  • Manage internal stakeholders and client communications

Candidate Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5 years in logistics, vendor or warehouse management
  • 2+ years of domain experience in Hardware Operations
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, stock management, forecasting
  • Adaptable to a fast-changing environment
  • Proficient in SAP ERP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team leadership and administrative task management
