WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the EMEA Local Creation Apparel Graphic Design Manager and partners closely with Apparel, Color, Product, and Footwear Design teammates across EMEA. You will work collaboratively with Product Management and Development teams, as well as Global Graphics, Material, and Color Design partners, to create compelling consumer experiences and connected head-to-toe product expressions. This role also engages with business and creative leadership stakeholders across Nike to bring locally relevant product stories to life.

- A background in graphic design, apparel design, visual communication, or a related creative discipline, gained through education, professional experience, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated experience creating graphics and visual storytelling for apparel, fashion, sport, lifestyle, or related consumer products.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and other emerging digital design platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A portfolio that showcases creative thinking, graphic excellence, storytelling, and a strong understanding of contemporary design and visual culture.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help shape graphic design narratives that connect with EMEA consumers through trend-relevant and market-specific apparel collections. Working across multiple business opportunities, you will bring seasonal creative direction to life while balancing innovation, speed, consumer relevance, and business objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of graphic design concepts at both product and collection level.
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and cultural influences into authentic graphic storytelling.
- Create elevated graphic solutions that strengthen Nike’s brand voice and consumer connection in the marketplace.
- Partner closely with Apparel, Footwear, Color, Product Management, and Development teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Drive design excellence from concept through prototype reviews and final production execution.
- Make informed graphic, print, trim, and application decisions while considering product objectives and operational requirements.
- Present design ideas clearly and confidently, incorporating feedback to continuously strengthen creative outcomes.
