We are seeking for a Lawyer to support the commercial and strategic objectives of the business. with 5-10 years of experience, preferably in multinational Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries, with strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide legal support to Commercial, Public Customers, Indirect Channels, Finance, and Sourcing teams. 
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial, service, distribution, government, and partnership agreements. 
  • Advise on healthcare-related legal, regulatory, procurement, compliance, and contractual matters. 
  • Support public procurement and government contracting activities. 
  • Assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while supporting business growth. 
  • Support new business models, strategic initiatives, and process improvements. 
  • Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical legal solutions. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Law degree and license to practice law (OAB). 
  • 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably in multinational companies. 
  • Strong experience in commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation and procurement law and process.
  • Strong understanding of legal risk assessment, contract management, and compliance. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, matters and priorities. 
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
