Achieve monitoring targets (Remote calls, side by side monitoring or real time monitoring)Assess the quality and accuracy of the calls / documents monitored / evaluated including critical / fatal errorsPerform additional monitoring for nesting associates, bottom performers and outliersDocument quality scores, and specific observations/ feedback/ comments in the monitoring form.Provide feedback to the process (Associates) on evaluations done. Conduct process meetingProvide frequency based feedback / coaching on quality issues. Attend Calibration Calls (Internal and External) and ensure a minimum variance in assessment.Provide Reports agreed with Client / operations in a timely manner with accuracyProduction (post socializing with the clients & only in case of sudden volume influx situation) Ensure zero disputes on calls monitored or documents/cases QC'dAnalyse root cause of the errors and share trending’s on various performance measures.Undertake quality improvement initiatives
