• Required: Good Experience with PeopleSoftSAP Human Capital Management

• Experience in working on TALEO tool  

• Experience in working on HR Analytical tools

• , Good Domain knowledge of Learning Management system.

• Desired experience with: SAP PI, PeopleSoft 9.x, SAP success factor.

Technical/Functional Skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• The LAS Role reports to the Lead People Solution Delivery Leader in the Information Systems Department.

• Lead requirements and functional IT designs

• Accountable for collaborating with Human Resources Business Process Leaders and Human Resources Business Process Experts to deliver solutions that deliver business capabilities.

• Consult with expertise centers and business partners to ensure alignment with work process strategy and vision.

• Provide subject matter expertise in one or more I/T architecture areas.

• Provide subject matter expertise in one or more HR application areas.
