Lead Analyst - Security Administration

Sysco LABS’ enterprise technology is present in the end-to-end foodservice journey, enabling the sourcing of food products, merchandising, storage and warehouse operations, order placement and pricing algorithms, the delivery of food and supplies to Sysco’s global network and the in-restaurant dining experience of the end-customer. 

The Opportunity 

​The Lead Analyst - Security Administration is a senior-level technical role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This position is responsible for performing and coordinating complex provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, managing access controls across Active Directory domains, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The Lead Analyst serves as an escalation point for junior analysts and plays a key role in maintaining secure and efficient access management operations.​ This is an ​​individual contributor​ role. 

This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines. Primary shift: [7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT] with flexibility. Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support. ​ ​ ​ 

Responsibilities: 

• ​​Provisioning & De-Provisioning Access: Executing and overseeing manual provisioning/de-provisioning for applications and AD domains 

• ​​Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalations Administration: Acting as an escalation point for junior analysts, resolving complex access and security administration issues​  

• ​​Process Improvement & Documentation: Recommending and implementing improvements to manual processes and update SOPs 

• ​​Collaboration with IAM Leadership: Supporting IAM leadership in audits, compliance reviews, and governance efforts 

• ​​Training & Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior team members, share best practices, and assist with onboarding 

Requirements: 

• ​​A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; Equivalent work experience may be considered 

• ​​4-6+ years in Security Administration, IAM, or related roles 

• ​Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online), and manual access provisioning 

• ​​Proficiency with AD, Exchange, and identity lifecycle management 

• ​Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred  

• ​Experience in access governance and security compliance 

• ​Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
