The LCL Documentation Associate will support daily operational activities by assisting with system updates, documentation management, and operational coordination. The role provides administrative and operational support to ensure accurate data maintenance, timely documentation, and efficient execution of logistics processes while gaining practical experience in freight forwarding operations for a period of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational teams with daily system updates and data maintenance.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining operational and shipment-related documentation.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and completeness of information across systems.
- Assist in document collection, filing, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Perform other operational support tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn logistics operations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow established processes under guidance.
