Overview

All Temps Personnel partners with a Division that enforces ordinances that regulate zoning, substandard structures, high weeds, junk motor vehicles, and signs. Health Inspections to ensure that safe and sanitary conditions exist at establishments and facilities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring all work is implemented efficiently and according to the specifications. Performing all tasks of general operations including but not limited to strategic planning, mowing, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking, fertilizing, mulching, and weed prevention. Operating equipment to complete jobs based on specific directions, overseeing maintenance of equipment checking truck oil, fluids, tire pressure, proper trailer connection, and all lights/brakes are in working condition.

Qualifications

Lawn maintenance experience preferred.Must have reliable transportation.Have basic operating knowledge of landscaping/lawn care tools.Strong work ethic.Good communication skills.Attention to detail.Excellent time management.Able to lift 50 lbs. to load and unload materials as well as tools.Able to work outdoors in all conditions including heat, cold, rain, and shine.DRIVE LICENSE REQUIRED.
