Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shifts Available: AM (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and PM (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable Laundry Aide to join our environmental services team full-time. You will maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by managing facility linens and personal clothing.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron facility linens and resident clothing.

• Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms and designated storage areas promptly.

• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers safely according to instructions.

• Sort and treat stained items with appropriate cleaning agents.

• Maintain organized, stocked, and sanitary laundry rooms and carts.

• Follow all infection control, safety, and hazardous communication policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

• Strong attention to detail and respect for resident privacy and property.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
