Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute the S&OP meeting with all stakeholders

• Oversee and coordinate all supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, warehousing and distribution.

• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.

• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure continuous availability of products.

• Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste.

• Ensure all supply chain operations comply with industry regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain the integrity and safety of products throughout the supply chain.

• Oversee the Latin America Supply Chain team in Mexico and Colombia

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.

• Large previous experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Solid knowledge of demand planning procurement,  warehousing, and distribution processes.

• Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• SAP experience

• Advanced English
