Academic Background:
We are looking for students in their final semesters of the following programs or related fields:
- Systems Engineering
- Business Administration
- Economics
Desired Skills:
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Interest in topics such as organizational culture, corporate learning, and people development
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Excel with macros)
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and collaborate with others
- Professional level of English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Portuguese
