Academic Background:
We are looking for students in their final semesters of the following programs or related fields:

• Systems Engineering
• Business Administration
• Economics

Desired Skills:

• Proactivity and eagerness to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and attention to detail
• Interest in topics such as organizational culture, corporate learning, and people development
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Excel with macros)
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and collaborate with others
• Professional level of English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Portuguese
• Interest in digital learning methodologies and tech-based training tools"
