Job Description

To plan and develop whole wafer process for NPI from the process integration standpoint.

To lead a project with directing process engineers

To mature the developed individual process step for future mass production.

To explore appropriate process tool based on the process requirement.

To collaborate with R&D design team and OPS wafer manufacturing and production technology teams to accomplish the above job.

To examine new process technology which contributes to improving productivity, yield, and cost.

Expected skill

To lead the process transition from development to MP.

To have an experience of tool selection and setup.

To instruct primary process engineer.

To operate tools such as ICP, RIE, CVD, PVD, sputter, and SEM.

To conduct objective analysis about experiment results, summarize and report it.

To specify the process issue and solve it by planning and executing appropriate DOEs.
