Job Description
To plan and perform individual process study for NPI such as wet/dry etching, chip dicing.
To mature the developed individual process step for future mass production.
To collaborate with R&D design team and OPS wafer manufacturing and production technology teams to accomplish the above job.
To examine new process technology which contributes to improving productivity, yield, and cost.
Expected skill
To operate tools such as ICP, RIE, SEM. Etching and/or dicing experiences are deeply appreciated.
(Hopefully) To operate stepper and have CAD and mask layout experiences.
To conduct objective analysis about experiment results, summarize and report it.
To specify the process issue and solve it by planning and executing appropriate DOEs.
