About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive laser machine operator with strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and a passion for precision machinery to join our Stainless Plate Team. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm.

What you’ll do:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC laser machines
• Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues
• Ensure production quality and accuracy meet established standards
• Complete documentation to an intermediate level of detail and accuracy
• Keep machines clean and report any faults
• Follow all Health & Safety rules and work safely

Requirements

• CNC laser experience
• Overhead crane and/or forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Full driver licence (F‑endorsement an advantage)
• Good attention to detail and work ethic
• Able to work unsupervised
• Physically fit and reliable
• Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Able to read measurements and drawings
