In the process, we have enabled companies use data analytics to help better understand, predict and influence consumer behavior, identify new market opportunities as they emerge,provide to users the data they need, alert the user when and why key business metrics have changed and enable them to make smart decisions.

Role:Language Specialist 
Location:Fremont, CA (onsite)
Duration: 12 months

Skills Required:

• Must be fluent in verbal and written in English and any one (German, Swedish, Austria)

• Previous experience in customer service - prefer email support experience.

• Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and anyone (German, Swedish, Austria)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure meaningful and logical analysis of customer generated content.

• Maintain, extract and curate customer data using Google AdWords.

• Import and export customer data from AdWords.

• Provide excellent customer service

• Analyze client websites and extracts relevant information to optimize their Google AdWords campaign in order to increase the click rate.
