Landscape Foreman

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor client spaces, including mowing, trimming, planting, and general landscaping duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with landscaping tools and equipment, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
• Mow lawns, trim hedges, and rake leaves.
• Operate tractors, mowers, and other power equipment.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Spread fertilizer and other chemicals on lawns and gardens.
• Perform basic maintenance on irrigation systems.
• Lay sod or seed lawns.
• Clean up debris from job sites.
• Mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves with blowers
• Installation, pruning and trimming of plants, trees, and shrubs
• Placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod
• Ability to Lead and Manage Crew
• Loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Transport Crew to various sites
• Direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, one-of-a-kind services to a diverse portfolio of clients
• Reviews contracts to ascertain service, machine, and workforce requirements
• Responsible for supervising crews and ensuring compliance with all company policies
• Responsible for ensuring that crews have the necessary direction and materials to complete each project efficiently while focusing on quality control and safety
• Track equipment usage for each project
• Uncover services for customer properties, based on customers needs and interests
• Maintain a clean workplace, take care of equipment and vehicles, professionally represent the company brand
• Perform all required administrative paperwork timely, accurately, and legibly
