Over the last eight years, our unique approach and commitment to excellence have resulted in significant growth, and we are now looking for a talented Landscape Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design outdoor spaces that meet the client’s goals, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
• Create detailed design packages that clearly communicate the project vision.
• Estimate projects and prepare proposals for client approval.
• Oversee the transition from design to construction, ensuring the project runs smoothly.
• Provide construction administration and ensure installations match the design.
• Support the sales team with graphics, production, and project coordination.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hand-drawing and digital graphic skills to communicate design ideas to clients and guide installation teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience meeting sales goals with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to assess site conditions and gather information for base plans, as well as approve field layouts during construction.
• Creative thinking with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high-quality results.
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in landscape architecture or a related field, with at least five years of experience in the industry.
• Experience in a design/build environment and familiarity with construction methods.
• At least three years of sales experience, ideally with experience using CRM and estimating software (LMN experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in CAD or landscape design software (AutoCAD preferred), along with strong hand-drawing and rendering skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software is a bonus.
• Knowledge of local regulations and experience with land use and environmental permitting.
• Experience designing and estimating planting, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting systems.
• Construction administration or project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary & Benefits:

• Total compensation with commissions: $100,000-$130,000.
• Health insurance, 401(k) with 3% matching, paid holidays, and 2-3 weeks of vacation.
