What We Do

The role involves coordinating land survey process, ensuring timely and complete delivery of ALTA Land Title Surveys, and maintaining communication with clients and vendors. Coordinating travel and schedules with our field operations team, project planning, resources allocation, status tracking, and issue resolution, often involving coordination with other teams and projects.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Assists the Land Survey Specialists in the administration/coordination of ALTA Land Title Surveys
  • Prepares forms and maintains logs and database(s) as required for information management and billing
  • Track project information, follow up on issue status, resolve routine issues, report status
  • Gather information, prepare and maintain on-going reports and database for management.
  • Prepare and send communications to a wide range of team members including vendors.
  • Processes a variety of information such as Title information,  Zoning information and distributes to appropriate parties.
  • Perform Quality Control review of ALTA Land Title Surveys and review of Quality Control comments on ALTA Land Title Surveys.
  • Other duties as assigned

 
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • General analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization and prioritization skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook programs. 
  • Must be customer-focused with a positive outlook and willingness to work in team-environment.
  • Experience with reading Title and/or Land Surveys

Pay Range: $14.46 - $19.28 Hourly

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
