LAMP Executive

• Direct sales & engagement with end consumer/business purchaser through primarily field (i.e., face-to-face) interactions with customers. Work focuses on:
• New sales to new customers as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
• Perform Guided trials, demos, capturing leads, registrations
• Deliver product presentations,  demonstrations and consumer engagement micro acts (e.g.: registration, loyalty & services)
• Collect data & leads in clientelling tools for future marketing activations and facilitates device servicing, if needed
• Manage consumer engagement operations/teams,  in a specific territory

Who we're looking for:

• University degree
• Practical knowledge of advanced sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and operational systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office;
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian (preferred); advanced knowledge of English (preferred).
