Apply to this jobGroot Industries, a subsidiary of Waste Connections, is looking for a safety conscious Laborer to join the team at our SWANCC Transfer Station in Des Plaines, IL.
In this position you will be occasionally operating and moving equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, compactors, and other light equipment.
Helping out throughout the yard as needed and assisting customers.
Other job related duties as assigned.
This is a physical job working outside in all weather conditions.
Monday-Friday day shift with occasional Saturdays.
Job Requirements –
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Pay is $20.00 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours.
