Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
- Support the coordination of testing projects, from receiving customer requests to issuing final reports.
- Review laboratory reports for accuracy and completeness before sharing them with customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide project updates and follow up on report revisions when needed.
- Prepare quotations, process service requests, and maintain project records.
- Deliver professional customer support while ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related Science disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (full-time availability is required).
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and reports.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
