Laboratory Deputy Engineer

Role Purpose

• • Measure optical or relevant attributes for display components.
  • Assist in development and implementation optical measurement skills.
  • Deliver technical analysis and actionable guidance to support issue resolutiont.

Key Responsibilities

• Measurement of glass interactions with display systems
  • Document and prepare reports on measurement results.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data through rigorous validation processes
  • Develop and implement measurement techniques to characterize or identify interactions between glass and display systems

• Technical analysis

• • Utilize advanced optical and engineering knowledge to interpret measurement data ,define technical problems and formulate leading hypotheses for root cause identification.
  • Validate hypotheses through physical experiments or analytical modeling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other labs to deliver effective solutions for technical challenges.

Education

• • Master degree in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relative work experience are plus

Experiences/ Skills

• • Basic knowledge of optics
  • Ability to operate optical measurement equipment and hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret, analyze, and explain complex data findings.
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving and preference for individuals that enjoy working in technical Lab. environment.
  • Solid experience in display is a plus
  • Experience of MATLAB or Python or LabVIEW programming is a plus
