Job Description
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Relations Sociales, vous accompagnez et conseillez la Direction des
Ressources Humaines et l'intégralité des Directions Opérationnelles en matière de droit social.
Vous exercerez vos missions au travers d'une grande diversité de sujets liés à l'application du droit
social au sein du Groupe en France :
Relations Collectives :
• Préparer les réunions des instances représentatives du personnel (recueil des points à
l’ordre du jour, préparation des documents et supports)
• Mise à jour de la Base de Données Economiques et Sociales
• Préparer en amont les négociations collectives (consultations juridiques, benchmark,
projets d'accords…) et apporter sa collaboration active à la préparation des commissions de suivi afférentes
• Recherches et conseils juridiques selon l'actualité du Département Relations Sociales
• Apporter son support au Responsable Relations Sociales dans la gestion des dossiers
individuels
• Contribuer au traitement des contentieux individuels en collaboration avec les avocats
chargés d’intervenir pour l’entreprise sur les contentieux en cours et suivre avec eux l’évolution des dossiers en lien avec les RRH
• Créer et adapter les supports documentaires utilisés par l’Administration du Personnel
selon les évolutions réglementaires et les adaptations conventionnelles de l’Entreprise
Missions transverses :
• Assurer la veille juridique sociale afin d’identifier les différentes évolutions susceptibles
d’influencer l’entreprise en matière de droit du travail et formaliser l’ensemble des informations recueillies à destination des opérationnels et des franchisés
• Réaliser des études sur les mesures réglementaires en support de la stratégie de
l’Entreprise
