MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ：

• Lead and Enhance Test Vehicle Trace & Tracking Systems (TTS) with vendor & enhance the capability for further SPC, SQC, Recipe Management System, Equipment Automation Platform and Automatic Alarm function. Provide KPI index by TTS system or by PowerBI and other solutions.
• Lead & Provide hands-on support for Analytical chemical Lab & Metrology Lab Innovating Digital Lab Workflow systems by Power App & Automate and related digital tools. Improve sample tracking, data collection, laboratory scheduling, reporting, and collaboration processes. Identify opportunities to increase productivity, accuracy, and user experience through digital transformation initiatives.
• Optimizing Test vehicle CAM Operation & data base system by Excel VBA/Macros, enhance the management of equipment program, Artwork versions & layers , tooling system and etc,. to ensure the best practice preventing any miss operation in historic & new part numbers.
• Develop Data Analytics and Technology Intelligence Solutions , Partner directly with R&D teams to manage complex datasets and information systems. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and KPI tracking tools. Transform operational and laboratory data into actionable insights that support technical decision-making and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT & data Science) and leverage both internal(IT & Dada Science) and External vendors resource & expertise to optimize the cost management and operation excellence.
• Documentation, Share site management & Reporting : Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s in chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Basic programming or scripting: some experience writing simple scripts to work with data.
• Learning agility: a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and data environments quickly.
• Problem-solving: a hands-on, proactive mindset — comfortable diving into unfamiliar systems and issues to figure things out.
• Communication: good communication skills, able to work effectively with both R&D users and technical teams.

Experience

• Hands-on experience with MES and/or Trace & Tracking Systems (TTS) is required.
• Strong experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for complex operational environments.
• Exposure to industrial automation, data pipelines, manufacturing execution systems, laboratory information systems, or scientific instrumentation.
• Strong interest and capability in advancing digitalization, automation, and intelligent manufacturing initiatives.
• Experience within IC Substrate, Semiconductor Packaging, PCB Manufacturing, or Advanced Electronics Manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business results.
