Previous cell culture media development or industrial bioprocess experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with research collaborations

Understanding cell culture basics: Laboratory safety, aseptic technique, etc.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to demonstrate initiative by independently identifying and developing solutions to problems.
Ability to work on multiple projects to meet predetermined deadlines.
Ability to exercise good judgment in protection and dissemination of Company confidential and proprietary information
Good communication and writing skills
