We are looking for an associate or senior associate level legal counsel to join our cross-border transaction team. Our cross-border transaction team consists of members with diversified backgrounds: we have attorneys who are qualified to practice law in Australia, California, China, New York, and Taiwan, and many of our team members are of foreign nationalities, and yet an inclusive mentality is certainly our common language here at PwC Legal Taiwan.



Job Responsibilities

As a member of this team, you will participate in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and various cross-border transactions, which involves drafting, reviewing, and translating various legal documents, including share purchase agreement, joint venture agreement, shareholders agreement, and distribution agreement, etc. As we work closely with local legal counsels from various countries, communicating with the local legal teams is also an essential part of our job here. You can also expect that legal research and writing on legal issues, both foreign and domestic, will play an important role in your job here at PwC Legal Taiwan.
