Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) Umweltanalytik (Feststoffe)

Für unseren Standort Altenberge (bei Münster) suchen wir Dich, zunächst befristet für 2 Jahre, als Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Umweltanalytik (Feststoffe). 

Das bewegst Du bei uns 

• Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im Bereich Feststoffe (Abfälle, Ersatzbrennstoffe etc.) sowie die Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen

• Plausibilitätskontrolle und Abnahme von Prüfberichten sowie die Beurteilung von Untersuchungsergebnissen 

• Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die eigenen Projekte und regelmäßige Überprüfung der Kundenentwicklung 

• Annahme und Verfolgung von Reklamationen sowie aktives Optimierungsmanagement 

• Projektakquise mit definierter Umsatzrendite insbesondere bei Bestandskunden 

Das bringst Du mit 

• Studienabschluss als Naturwissenschaftler, z.B. Biologe, Chemiker (m/w/d) oder eine naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung z.B. als Laborant, Chemisch-Technischer-Assistent (CTA), Umweltschutz-Technischer-Assistent (UTA), Biologisch-Technischer-Assistent (BTA) (m/w/d) bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung/Weiterqualifikation  

• Berufserfahrung in Überwachungsbehörden, Ingenieurbüros, Versorgungsunternehmen oder privaten Laboratorien von Vorteil  - wir bieten aber auch motivierten Berufseinsteigern (m/w/d) durch eine fundierte Einarbeitung eine Chance 

• Organisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke 

• sicherer Umgang mit Kunden und Präsentationstalent 

• fachkundige Deutschkenntnisse, sowohl im sozialen als auch im beruflichen Gebrauch (mind. C1-Niveau in Sprache und Schrift) 

• Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen und ein Führerschein Klasse B
