Zepos & Yannopoulos is a leading full-service business law firm providing comprehensive legal and tax services to companies doing business in Greece.

 

As our Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) function continues to evolve, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and hands-on Knowledge Management & Technology Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm's knowledge resources, legal information systems and technology-enabled knowledge processes. Working closely with lawyers and business services teams, the role will contribute to the effective organization, retrieval, sharing and governance of legal knowledge across the firm, while supporting the practical use of legal technology and AI tools in day-to-day legal work.

 

Job description

 

As a member of our Knowledge Management Systems team, you will support the management and development of the firm's legal knowledge infrastructure, including precedents, know-how resources, research tools, databases and digital knowledge repositories.

 

You will work closely with lawyers and professional support teams to identify, organize, maintain and enhance legal content and knowledge resources, ensuring that information is accurate, accessible and aligned with business needs.

 

You will also contribute to the implementation and effective use of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions, helping evaluate tools, support user adoption and improve legal research, drafting and knowledge-sharing processes. In addition, you will assist in the governance, quality control and security of the firm's information assets and knowledge systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Library Science, Archival and Information Systems or a related field from a university, such as the University of West Attica, Ionian University, or the International Hellenic University
  • MARC & UNIMARC Catalogue Formatting
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within a corporate or legal environment
  • Strong understanding of research, information resources and knowledge management practices
  • Experience working with technology platforms, document management systems, knowledge repositories and AI-enabled tools
  • Hands-on experience with AI legal technologies, such as Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel will be considered an asset
  • Native Greek speaker with excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Advanced computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and other digital collaboration and knowledge management tools
