The role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Stewards for full time, part-time and casual positions to join our renowned restaurants at Crown Perth. In this role, you’ll help maintain the highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team. You must have valid work rights and be available to work across a 24/7 roster. 
 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Operating commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency. 

• Organising and manually cleaning kitchen equipment, polishing surfaces, and storing utensils and cookware. 

• Clearing rubbish bins and removing waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. 

About you 

• Ability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon, overnight and weekend shifts

• Experience in a kitchen or commercial cleaning role is preferred

• Experience using industrial cleaning products and equipment correctly is preferred

• Have relevant experience in a similar environment. 

• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and cleaning duties
