Position Summary:

The Kiosk Banker is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the kiosk balancing room and currency dispensing machines on the casino floor. The Kiosk Banker maintains the daily operation of  maintenance, and protection of the casino funds.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

• Handles large amounts of money and maintains accountability over assigned bank.

• Protects and preserves the  kiosk bank assets including accounting for, documenting, and verifying the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing currency, coin, TITO tickets,  and other monetary units.

• Maintains cage equipment.

• Monitors, maintains, and balances the (Ticket Redemption Unit) TRUs, Cash Recyclers, ATM’s and other machines on the gaming floor.

• Runs necessary reports to balance funds.

• Input data into necessary spreadsheets and casino software

• Keeps cassettes and bank appropriately stocked with funds throughout the current shift and for the next shift.

• Completes all necessary paperwork according to procedure.

• Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM Processing, cashier/teller experience.

• Ability to analyze monetary variances and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

• Basic computer input skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift and push up to 20 pounds.  

• Must be able to understand and consistently deliver brand standard guest service.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and often crowded/noisy environment.

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Shift Schedule:

This is a Graveyard Shift from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Weekends and Holidays Required

Wages:

This role offers a starting wage of $20.65 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
