Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a bilingual school based in Changshu. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 school year starting in August 2026.

About the school

Located in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, this private K–9 school opened in 2021 with support from the local government. With campuses across mainland China and Taiwan, the school offers education from primary through junior high school, focusing on character development, bilingual learning, and preparing students with both a strong Chinese foundation and an international outlook.

Job responsibilities

• Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:
• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

• At least Bachelor degree,
• Teaching certificate, a TEFL qualification, or kindergarten/primary school related teaching qualifications
• Excellent communication; good at guiding young students to learn actively
• Kind, caring, patient and loving towards children
• Past teaching experience in kindergarten or primary school is preferred

Benefits

Monthly salary of up to 20,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
