Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a bilingual school in Shanghai starting from the upcoming 2026 - 2027 academic year in August 2026.

About the school

Located in Qingpu, Shanghai, this bilingual school occupies an area of approximately 60 acres and provides educational services to pupils from early years, primary, middle, and high school. Utilizing modern teaching facilities, the school creates an intelligent learning atmosphere and the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum being implemented for primary and middle years, and a diploma program for high school.

Job responsibilities

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3 to 6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• More than 2 years related working experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
