Kids Club Agent

Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight. With spectacular azure lagoons and dense jungle at its core, Villa Park is a magical isle open for exploring. The Kid Club Attendant is responsible for receiving all incoming guests and owners by giving a courteous greeting, directing them to the check-in desk, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient processes for handling clients, and babysitting their children. The Kid Club Attendant is also responsible to ensure that guest refreshment bars and owner refreshment trays are stocked as well as maintaining cleanliness environment of the Kid Club.

This position also assists the additional administrative functions listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and owners upon arrival, always maintain a professional, efficient and friendly image,
• Pre-prepare owner refreshments, keep refreshment bars fully stocked and cleaned at all times,
• Check presentation area, waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times,
• Ensure Preview Centre is clean and tidy at all times,
• Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system, transfer calls and take messages,
• When asked, enter guest and owner information into the computer, checking for accuracy,
• Take care of guests children throughout the presentation,
• Ensure hygiene standards of Kid Club are maintained at all time,
• Ensure children are taken care with full attention under secure environment.

• Minimum of 2 years’ working in a similar role with experience in a 5-star luxury resort in Maldives will be an advantage.
• Ideally a certificate or vocational training in a kindergarten/children care related field will be a plus point.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Russian, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a good knowledge in computing and office software.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
