KG Classroom Teacher

The KG Classroom Teacher plays a crucial role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons that meet the needs of all students, fostering a love for learning, and supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage young learners, including hands-on activities, games, and technology.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Encourage socialization and collaboration through group activities and projects.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
• Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere that promotes children's self-esteem and confidence.
• Participate in staff meetings, ongoing professional development, and school events as needed.

Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in education / early childhood education.
• If a candidate’s degree is unrelated to teaching (e.g., a bachelor's in education, Science, or Math), they must have a Teaching Diploma or a related Applied Diploma to qualify.

Experience:

• Kindergarten / Early Childhood sections in American or International Curriculum Schools.

Years of Experience:

• 0 years and above.

Experience:

• Valid teaching certification a MUST.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate pedagogical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with educational technology.
• A patient, nurturing, and flexible disposition, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Previous experience in Islamic lessons.
• Specified school attire is required.
