We are seeking a Sales Specialist Oncology Territory Management Spain to join our Commercial Oncology team, supporting our Spain oncology business in a field-based role. In this role, you will deliver sales objectives, strengthen healthcare professional engagement, and execute territory plans that improve customer value while collaborating with sales colleagues and key cross-functional stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. This is a temporary role as a leave of absence, maximum 12 months.

Location: Spain (Alicante, Murcia, Albacete territory)

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective territory budget and expense management.

  • Build healthcare professional relationships using scientific evidence and a patient-focused approach.

  • Develop and maintain territory business plans aligned with market insights and brand strategy.

  • Use key data sources to shape territory actions and customer engagement priorities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business objectives across the territory.

  • Peer-coach sales specialists and share best practices to support team performance.

  • You bring a strategic mindset and manage time effectively to maximize customer value.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background and a minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

  • Previous oncology, pharmacy market, therapeutic area, and medical indication experience.

  • Established network of relevant healthcare professionals.

  • Strong scientific communication and disease-focused selling capabilities.

  • Ability to work compliantly within regulatory and legal guidelines.

  • Hematology experience would be a plus
