Objectives of the Job:
-    Plan, lead and carry out Magna Steyr China sales activities
-    Lead daily business with assigned existing OEMs and new players. Develop new customers,
-    Coordinate quotation process and lead quotation negotiation with OEMs
-    Marketing study/customer strategy
-    Sales database management

Main Duties: 

-    Meet Sales Target for China
-    Get new Orders
-    Keep on time payments
-    Raise/Maintain MS Market Share
-    Customer Satisfaction/Lobbying
-    Maintain existing customer network
-    Create efficient Network with potential customers
-    Plan Sales Strategy

Qualification:
-    Educational Qualification required: Bachelor or Master, Automotive or related
- Professional Experience required: 5 years of Work Experience in Automotive company preferably at an OEM or Tire 1 supplier
-    Relevant Technical Skills preferred: Engineering technical background
-    Relevant Methodical Skills preferred: Project management experience
-    Personal Skills preferred: High flexibility, Good interpersonal & presentation skill
