[Keppel Internship Programme 2027] Intern, Technical Services (Jan - May 2027)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1. Learn, participate and contribute to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for properties' acquisition and asset enhancement projects including generating a good holistic concept proposal with consideration of regulatory requirements, Architectural, Structural, MEP, accessibility, maintainability and sustainability. 2. Fully utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to conduct research, validate data acquired to update database such as building regulations and requirements in different countries for design and asset enhancement and database for construction cost. 3. Develop and implement AI‑enabled solutions that streamline and automate existing technical services & project management workflows across a full asset lifecycle - from feasibility studies to design, construction and completion. 4. Fully utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create good quality visuals/ perspective of concept proposal from 2D AutoCAD layout or images of the targeted property obtained from internet. Learning Outcomes: Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes, full cycle of project management in building construction/ building enhancement which include initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and control, closure and different regulations in different countries.

1. Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful. 2. Very good in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for research and ability to validate the data. 3. Able to apply knowledge gained from education to workplace.
