to providing strategic advice and comprehensive services to our clients, enabling them to achieve
their financial and operational goals.
We are looking at someone senior to support on our Outsourced CFO Services which we provide to
early stage and mid-sized companies.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provides financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting to inform business decisions.
2. Cash Flow Management: Optimizes cash flow, manages accounts receivable and payable, and ensures timely payments.
3. Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Creates financial models, forecasts revenue, and analyzes expenses.
4. Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Financial Technology and Systems: Implements and optimizes financial software, systems, and processes.
6. Fundraising and Investor Relations: Assists with fundraising efforts, communicates financial performance to investors, and maintains relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Professional Certification: Bachelor's degree in Finance & CA
2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in FP&A role & overseeing Finance teams
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in using different Accounting Software, Excel, and other financial tools.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
