 Main responsibilities:  

• Lead overall operation of EVE FSS on Tmall; develop annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans and target breakdown. 

• Manage daily operations (page optimization, campaign registration, traffic buy, CVR improvement); monitor competitors and adjust strategies. 

• Coordinate platform mega-events (618, D11) and category days; mobilize internal/external resources to achieve peak sales targets. 

• Maintain strong relationships with platform managers to secure category exposure, traffic support, and marketing IP collaborations. 

• Manage flagship store inventory (sell-in/sell-out); plan budgets and expenses, follow up on reconciliation, control expense ratio, and own GMV, profit, and ROI. 

About you:  

• Experience: 5+ years of e-commerce operations experience (including 2+ years as flagship store lead); OTC or VMS experience preferred. 

• Skills: Proficient in Tmall backend tools (SYCM, Data Bank); familiar with paid traffic.
