A key player in the timely delivery of the ITO projects that meet customer needs and support global IT Operations strategies and initiatives. Will be responsible for all IT related decisions, and IT infrastructure solutions. The Manager role is responsible for coordinating the activities of ITO teams, other service departments, and external parties such as infrastructure components suppliers to deliver assigned projects on time, within budget and meeting appropriate levels of quality.Job Responsibilities

  Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources,Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access,Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenanceResearch current and potential resources and services

· Provide network access to all staff and students

 Technical Skills: OS: Linux, UNIX, Windows,VM Ware or other virtualization,Clusters and SAN (EMC or others),Shell scripting (korn, Awk others),Monitoring tools – Tivoli or any other,Databases – RDBMS – Oracle, SQl, Sybase

· Networks and firewalls – CISCO routers, VPN,Servers – Mail servers, Windows server, DB server, Application servers. Educational Qualifications: MSCE, CCNA are mandatory,An engineering degree is preferable
