Junior Validation Specialist

Purolite, an Ecolab company and global leader in resin-based separation and purification technologies, is looking for a Junior Validation Specialist to join our team in Victoria, Brașov.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of validation programs, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

What you’ll do:

• Support the establishment and implementation of validation and verification programs across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and industrial products
• Act as a subject matter expert in at least one validation discipline
• Develop and maintain validation metrics, ensuring compliance and identifying trends that drive site, process, and product improvements
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams to execute validation activities
• Recommend and implement improvements in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance efficiency

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong computer skills and advanced technical writing abilities
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to interact with visitors, vendors, professionals, and plant personnel
