Junior Team Member, UT/FA/REITs/E-Money

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Team Member to join our UT/FA/REITs/E-Money (UTFA) team. In this role, you will support the team’s operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processing across unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and e-money operations. You will collaborate closely with team members to maintain high-quality service and compliance standards.

What you will be doing

• Provide operational support to the UTFA team across unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and e-money functions

• Assist in processing transactions, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Help monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in fund operations, unit trusts, or related financial services

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively

• Basic understanding of financial products such as unit trusts, REITs, or e-money

• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
