Job Title: Site Engineer (Fit-Out)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer with fit-out experience to support daily site operations and ensure the successful execution of interior fit-out works in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper execution of fit-out works including finishes, joinery, doors, ceilings, and flooring.
• Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure safe execution of site activities.
• Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor material availability and report shortages.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and utilization on site.
• Support coordination between subcontractors and project teams.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of mock-ups.
• Report progress, risks, delays, and site issues to the Construction Manager / Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit-out construction projects.
• Fit-out construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and interior works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• GCC experience preferred.

Compensation (from employer):
8000 – 12000 SAR (MONTHLY)
