At FlyAkeed, we leverage technology to transform corporate travel management. Our Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction by managing reservations, travel requests, and operational processes through our proprietary platform.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, early-career Junior Scrum Master to support the agile delivery of one of our software product squads. You’ll facilitate the day-to-day rhythm of the team, help keep work flowing, and clear the smaller obstacles that get in the way — all while learning from and being mentored by our Senior Scrum Master. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational agile knowledge who wants to grow quickly into a full Scrum Master role.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives) for your squad.
• Help the team stay focused, organized, and on track toward sprint goals.
• Identify and help remove day-to-day impediments, escalating larger blockers appropriately.
• Keep agile tooling (e.g. Jira) up to date — maintaining boards, sprint data, and reporting.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog upkeep and sprint preparation.
• Help produce delivery metrics and simple progress reports for the team and stakeholders.
• Encourage healthy team collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Actively build your agile knowledge and grow toward independently running a team.
  

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in an agile team as a Scrum Master.
• A solid foundational understanding of Scrum and agile principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, service-minded attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced software product environment.

• Fluent English.
  

Certifications:

A Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is a plus. If you don’t hold one yet, we’ll expect you to

pursue it within your first year.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• A technical or product background, or a genuine interest in software delivery.
• Experience in travel, fintech, or startup environments.
