We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant (Global) to join our team and grow together.

Your Mission:

•  Own the end-to-end recruitment journey—from sourcing to placement—with quality and care
•  Advise international clients on smart, strategic hiring decisions
•  Build trust-based relationships that go beyond a single placement
• Spot opportunities and design talent solutions that truly fit
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the market to guide clients with confidence

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

•  1–3 years in recruiting, headhunting, or B2B sales (internships count!)
•  Fluency in English + Korean or Mandarin
•  A natural ability to connect, influence, and build rapport with people at every level
•  A strategic brain and a driver's mentality—you don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen
•  Team spirit and the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, target-focused environment
